Your inner world deserves a trusted, compassionate guide.

I am a coach, a messy painter, a sidewalk singer, and the person that strangers somehow end up telling their life stories to. You might find me covered in paint, singing to my dog, or deep in a conversation that started with “nice weather” and ended in tears (the good kind). I laugh easily, cry easily, and feel just about everything. Life is a lot more colorful for me now than it used to be.

At my core, I am a feeler. For a long time, that sensitivity was the hardest part of being me. Anxiety showed up when I was a child, and by high school it had grown into severe panic attacks that kept me awake until 4 a.m., scribbling out plans for my life with detailed timelines, trying to control anything I could. By college, anxiety and depression had me heavily medicated and numb to my feelings, the people I loved, and the world around me. The very sensitivity that made life feel so overwhelming had been dulled until I could barely feel anything at all. After my second year of university, I knew that staying on that path might cost me my life. So I left school and followed an uncomfortable call.

That call led me to Tempe, Arizona, where I learned to meet myself with love instead of judgment. The panic, the shutdown, and the old stories weren’t my enemies. They were tender parts trying to protect me. As I learned to listen to them and regulate my body, the feeling came back, and this time it didn’t drown me. It lead me to cherish every aspect of life. I fell back in love with the sacredness of ordinary moments, a heartfelt joy of how precious this life is, and the deepest gratitude for my past self for not cutting it short.

Tempe was a new beginning. The girl who once mapped out her whole life at 4 a.m. has since lived in seven cities, often without much of a plan. Each move started the same way: a quiet pull inside that I’ve learned to trust, even when it makes no sense on paper. Every time I follow it, my path grows deeper and richer, and I come home to myself a little more. I believe we all have a calling inside of us, and it never stops speaking.

And about those strangers on park benches: they were trying to tell me something. People have always felt safe opening up to me and sharing things they’ve never said out loud. Somewhere along the way, I came to understand this as one of my gifts, and for the past eight years I’ve been tending it with training, practice, and a lot of listening.

I’m a certified coach, but my work goes beyond a coaching formula. The sensitivity that once overwhelmed me is now the heart of how I guide. In our sessions, I sense where energy flows freely and where it meets resistance, and over time I see how the pieces of your inner world fit together. I let this guide where we go, so no two sessions look the same. Together we create a sacred, safe space for whatever wants to be expressed, and we open a conversation between who you are now and the part of you still holding on to an old protective story.

You already carry what you’re looking for, and you already have a call of your own. I’m here to help you hear it and find your way back to yourself.

My name is Amara Solaire, and I’m glad you’re here.

If you are ready and curious about what is below the surface, let's find a time to talk.

A woman in a black tank top and shorts standing in wet sand at the beach during sunset, with water reaching her knees. In the background, there are small islands or land formations in the ocean, and a few people swimming or playing in the water. The sky is partly cloudy with soft pastel colors from the setting sun.

  • "Amara has been an invaluable guiding force through 3 years of immense change. I transitioned out of a career I had been in for 8 years and got out of a 4 year relationship within the same month. With Amara’s support, I regained my sense of self, purpose and joy. She has incredible precision in sorting through the noise of all my thoughts and pulling out my truest, wisest voice. After every session, I leave more grounded, calm and confident in who I am and where I’m headed. I couldn’t recommend working with Amara enough!"

  • "Amara is a ray of sunshine! She has a gift for listening and making people feel seen, heard, and understood. Her ability to communicate and get beneath the surface of what’s going on is very special. She is deeply intuitive, present, and has a calm demeanor that makes people feel safe to open up and be themselves. She is a gem of a human! "

  • "I have gotten more out of one session with Amara than I have from years of therapy. As a child, I witnessed my father’s sudden passing while I was home alone, and that deep-seated loneliness stayed with me into adulthood. Going through this process with Amara, I was able to tend to the little girl crying in the front yard, and Amara helped me realize that I was never truly alone, because God is always with me. This one moment, this one shift in perspective, has changed my life forever. Not only was I able to connect more deeply with a wounded part of myself and heal alongside her, but I was also able to deepen my connection with my spirituality and with God."
